Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase. If you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, with a further 14 days to return your item.

Returned pieces must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, including underwear and lingerie bottoms, cannot be returned.This does not affect your legal rights where an item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.

Customers are responsible for return postage for change of mind returns. If an item is faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us before returning it.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within the applicable timeframe. Where you exercise your statutory cancellation right, your standard delivery charge will also be refunded.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
